VM deployment is failing on 4.4

I filed a bug for this issue. VM deployment is failing on 4.4 with XenServer.

Hi,

I see in the logs, not only stop command but all the agent commands are failing with the error “Bailed out as maximum outstanding task limit reached”
We need to increase the cap direct.agent.thread.cap to higher value or 1.
