Log file size bug.
Summary: Log file size bug.
Product: Apache httpd-1.3
Version: 1.3.29
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: Blocker
Priority: Other
Component: core
AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
ReportedBy: adir@conflictx.dyndns.org
Yo, I didnt used any log-rotation facility under my Debian server, When
apache's errer.log got greater then 2.5G it freezed and stopped to servre, When
I tried to restart it, it failed, and there was no sign of any error on the
logs, I found it by running apache with -F argument via the command line (and i
got File Lime Excided with no sign on which file it talks about). well it can
be a possible DoS.
Bless you all!
