Rule Updates / Cron jobs added

Just an update that I've added about 80% cron jobs based on my best 
reverse engineering of the records we had for the zones box.

I still have a few more but the ones I've added are all the ones I have 
logs that I can verify look effectively the same as the previous box.

I expect some things to break for the next few days while I get enough 
cron logs to review for problems.

If something isn't working, please do let me know because we've moved 
into a break/fix mode.
