[jira] [Created] (HDFS-2771) Move Federation and WebHDFS documentation into HDFS project

Move Federation and WebHDFS documentation into HDFS project
-----------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: HDFS-2771
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-2771
             Project: Hadoop HDFS
          Issue Type: Task
          Components: documentation
    Affects Versions: 0.23.0
            Reporter: Todd Lipcon

For some strange reason, the WebHDFS and Federation documentation is currently in the hadoop-yarn site. This is counter-intuitive. We should move these documents to an hdfs site, or if we think that all documentation should go on one site, it should go into the hadoop-common project somewhere.

---------------------------------------

Before this can happen, the HDFS docs should move to maven Doxia apt.

What is the jira for that? The docs are a real mess right now.
