CVE-2021-21501: Apache ServiceComb: ServiceComb ServiceCenter Directory Traversal

Improper configuration will cause ServiceComb ServiceCenter Directory
Traversal problem in ServcieCenter 1.x.x versions and it is fixed in
2.0.0.
