[PR] [Studio] fix: ignore stale Queue browser requests [rocketmq-dashboard]

## What is the purpose of the change
Prevent stale Queue browser responses from overwriting the current view after the user switches Topic or instance, or starts a newer queue load.
Before this change, an older queue-load or offset-pull request could resolve after the selection changed and repopulate queues or message details from the previous context.
## Brief changelog
- Invalidate pending Queue browser requests when the selected instance or Topic changes.
- Ignore stale queue-load and offset-pull success/failure results after a newer request takes ownership.
- Clear queue offsets, pulled entries, loading and pulling state for the new context.
- Add regression tests for stale queue-load and stale pull responses.
## Verifying this change
- `npm test -- --run src/components/__tests__/QueueBrowser.test.tsx`
- `npm run lint`
- `git diff --check`
- `npm run build`
