JQueryMobile using Apache Isis' REST API
Thought you might be interested in my latest blog
post<http://danhaywood.com/2012/01/20/jquerymobile-on-apache-isis-rest-api/>,
which is advertising the fact that our Apache Isis online demo
(downloadable as a self-hosting
WAR<https://sites.google.com/a/haywood-associates.co.uk/restfulobjects/files/onlinedemo-webapp-0.2.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT-jetty-console.war>)
now contains a simple JQueryMobile <http://jquerymobile.com> app.
Please try it out, and if you get a chance please also vote up at

Just as a follow-up on this, Mike has now deployed the new version of the
online demo to his server, so you can try this out.
There's full documentation at http://mmyco.co.uk:8180/isis-onlinedemo/ , or
you can try it out the new JQueryMobile demo directly:
1. go to HTML viewer
http://mmyco.co.uk:8180/isis-onlinedemo/logon.htmlviewer and register a new
user
2. login to HTML viewer, click on "Demo" service, click on "Reset fixtures"
action
3. now to go the JQMobile viewer's home page:
http://mmyco.co.uk:8180/isis-onlinedemo/mobile/index.html
4. a button should be displayed
5. click on the button; at this stage you should be challenged for user
name/password; enter the user/password registered in (1)
6. continue to browse to other objects
It's far from perfect, but hopefully gives an idea of what the REST API can
be used for.
