Backporting the Jenkinsfile from the PLC4X project

Hi all,

When I setup the build for Apache PLC4X I used the Jenkinsfile I created for Edgent as a base.
Now the Jenkinsfile there has changed and evolved quite a lot … I think we did quite a number of things better there.
I would like to back-port those changes back here … any objections?
