[jira] [Created] (ZEPPELIN-3084) python.conda Environment Creation must have python x.x flag set

Brian Slater created ZEPPELIN-3084:
--------------------------------------

Summary: python.conda Environment Creation must have python x.x flag set
                 Key: ZEPPELIN-3084
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZEPPELIN-3084
             Project: Zeppelin
          Issue Type: Bug
Environment: Running official apache/zeppelin docker container on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, docker verison 17.03.1-ce
            Reporter: Brian Slater

As a user I would like to be able to create Conda envs without setting the python version and be able to activate and deactivate said environments.

Currently, if I run a conda create env command without the python version specified the environment will be created, but I cannot deactivate the version. Therefore, I am only able to use one conda env, which defeates the purpose of using Conda in a way.

[~RobC] was integral in finding this issue, so I am linking him as well.
