The full instructions for implementing Timofey's suggestion is at http://cocoon.apache.org/2.1/userdocs/serializers/pdf-serializer.html#FOP+and+Embedding+Fonts  I think this is what we should do.

Now the question is: what font should we use for the default pdf skin?  It needs to be Apache License compatible and unicode.  Any suggestions?

Description:
When you transform a document with other characters than latin to PDF, in spite of the unicode(UTF-8) of the original file all characters get broken and isn't readable. please, does anyone have a simple solution for this?
