Ant 1.5 and RH Linux 7.3

Hi All,

I'm about to install on RH linux for the first time and have a fiew questions:

1.  What user do I install binary rpm's as (do I need to be root)

2.  Which of the following rpm's are needed and in what order

	 ant-1.5-4jpp.noarch.rpm                   12-Jul-2002 08:10  685K  
	 ant-javadoc-1.5-4jpp.noarch.rpm           12-Jul-2002 08:10  1.2M  
	 ant-manual-1.5-4jpp.noarch.rpm            12-Jul-2002 08:10  446K  
	 ant-optional-1.5-4jpp.noarch.rpm          12-Jul-2002 08:10  494K  
	 ant-optional-full-1.5-4jpp.noarch.rpm     12-Jul-2002 08:10  587K  
	 xerces-j2-2.0.2-3jpp.noarch.rpm           12-Jul-2002 01:21  680K  
	 xml-commons-1.0-0.b2.1jpp.noarch.rpm      12-Jul-2002 01:21   15K  
	 xml-commons-apis-1.0-0.b2.1jpp.noarch.rpm 12-Jul-2002 01:21   81K

I allways do it as root (yes I know it's a bad practice),
but try with you own account and tell me more.

required :

ant-1.5-4jpp.noarch.rpm
ant-optional-full-1.5-4jpp.noarch.rpm (if you want non oss stuff
like vaj, starteam support)

xerces-j2 and xml-commons-apis.

BTW, the version on jakarta.apache.org is working but oldies,
just go to www.jpackage.org to find xerces-j2-2.2.0 .
