ABOUT_APACHE.html

We should link this in from the front page somehow.  It duplicates a fair
bit of /info.html however; I suggest we cannibalize info.html and make it a
"product overview" page, whereas ABOUT_APACHE.html is more of a project
history & philosophy page.
