SysV init script RH7.0

Hello list...

I've setup tomcat4.01 on RH7.0, on jdk1.3.  In order to load tomcat successfully, I need to run the following command: "ulimit -s 2048".  I'd also like to load Tomcat as user tc.
Does anyone have a suitable script that I can run in /etc/rc.d/init.d/ on startup - or at least send me a pointer to pertinent examples? I've not been successful with my own attempts so far.
