[drlvm][smoke] could someone take care about HARMONY-3573
Hello everyone,
some time ago I created issue HARMONY-3573 that add timeout for the
DRLVM smoke tests. Could someone take care about this issue?
Now the hang of smoke test leads to the hang of the whole test run for
the CC/CI system.
For example, today the test gc.PhantomReferenceQueueTest hang on my
Windows XP (I'm trying to reproduce it now) and whole run was stopped.

I know, but it is definitely better than infinity. On the other side,
execution time of some smoke tests on Windows x86_64 ~30 minutes. So,
I think it is OK.

BTW, default test timeout is 1h - isn't this too much?
