HOWTO: Running JBoss Seam 2.0.0.GA on Geronimo 2.1

Hi,

Just finished the how-to document about running JBoss Seam's booking
sample application on Apache Geronimo 2.1 -  Running JBoss Seam
2.0.0.GA on Geronimo 2.1 [1]. I'd like it to have been easier, but
with small changes to Hibernate JPA it's possible to run booking
without any changes to the application itself - no changes to
deployment files or such. Who's going to volunteer to encourage
Hibernate JPA folks to commit the small change for
info.getJarFileUrls()? ;-)
