Where are the messages logged?
I am using tomcat-4.1.24 with IIS and I set the registry entry for logLevel
to DEBUG. Where are the messages logged?

I am using jk2 (isapi_redirector2.dll) not jk1 and a log_file string in the
registry has no effect.
