With TortoiseSVN, you can use the "Repo-Browser" (right-click,
TortoiseSVN, Repo-Browser) to see the contents of a repository (given a
URL). You can then select a file, right-click on it, and choose "Save As"
to download it (and only it) to your machine. Mind you, it won't be
version-controlled when you download it this way!
