Problems with full assembly of GShell

Hello all,

Has anyone else played around with the full assembly of gshell recently?  I
can't seem to get any of the extra commands that make it the full assembly
to work (wait, sleep, script, etc...).  I get Not Found Exception from the
DefaultLayoutManager when I try.  Is anyone else seeing this?

It seems to be a problem with parsing the layout.xml when searching for
commands.  I removed the groups from the xml so it's just one big list and
those commands work now.  I'll open a jira and see if I can fix it.
