Looking to release Isis 1.11.0 soon

Hi folks,

just an fyi that I'd like to cut an Isis 1.11.0 release soon.

We've got some interesting new features in this release, including the JAXB
view models as well as much improved/simplified REST API support, including
Swagger support.

There's a couple of small bug fixes still to address [1], but hopefully
should get them sorted out quite soon.  So I'm hoping the release will be
out for voting later on this week.
