### Current Behavior
The memory of OpenResty worker processes keeps increasing。

### Steps to Reproduce
1. run APISIX via docker image
2. set a route to upstream
3. wrk -d 6000 -t 10 -c 10 http://127.0.0.1:9080/aaa

- Operating system (run `uname -a`): 5.15.0-107-generic 20.04.1-Ubuntu
