Add entity-types and relationships to model Azure Data Lake Store Gen2 (ADLS-Gen2) entities in Atlas. Addition of the following will enable capturing of lineage with other datasets already present in Atlas:
- ADLS-Gen2 Blob
- ADLS-Gen2 Directory
- ADLS-Gen2 Container (filesystem)
- ADLS-Gen2 Account
