Could not able to find apxs file in windows 2000 with Apache 2.0.32 ver

Hello,

I installed apache 2.0.32 version in windows 2000 os. I build the httpd from source in MS VC6 using the .dsw workspace provided by the apache source . After i am done with the build, i could not able to find "apxs" script any where to use. Where can i find this? Is it distibuted in the source code or made by building the source code? 

Also, i did not use the "configure" ( it is giving error when i use it saying it is not an execuatble or batch file) after i finished the build. The build made a directory c:/apache2 and copied all files and executables to c:/apache2  at the end of process ( i could not able to find apxs in the /bin dir either).

Any pointers regarding this is very helpful. Thanks in advance.
