[users@httpd] about "SSLHonorCipherOrder"

Hi!

It is a question about "SSLHonorCipherOrder" 
added than Apache2.1.

May I think that the reason why "SSLHonorCipherOrder" was added 
is that "SSL_OP_CIPHER_SERVER_PREFERENCE" was added to an argument 
of SSL_CTX_set_options in OpenSSL0.9.7? 

Because I do not understand an added background, 
I think that I had you instruct it.
