I'm not sure what is going on here. Is you new XSLTErrorResources_zh_CN 
extending from XSLTErrorResources.java? If not it should and if it does, you 
should not be getting this exception. If you are extending XSLTErrorResources, 
can you send me a copy of your _zh_CN so I can reproduce the problem? Thanks!
