[RESULTS] [VOTE] OpenJPA 2.0.0 Milestone 3 release candidate

The vote passed with five +1 votes (Donald, Kevin, Albert, Milosz and 
Jeremy) and no 0 or -1 votes.

I'll start publishing the artifacts to the release repo and download 
sites this morning.  Thanks everyone for taking the time to review and 
vote on the release.
