[I] iOS 26 StatusBarOverlaysWebView does not work [cordova-ios]

# Bug Report
## Problem
Setting <preference name="StatusBarOverlaysWebView" value="true" /> does not make the webview take the whole height, is below the status bar. Am I missing something? How do we get edge-to-edge on iOS 26 ?

I have `<meta name="viewport" content="user-scalable=no, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, minimum-scale=1, width=device-width, height=device-height, viewport-fit=cover">` and no `StatusBar` plugin. I will do more testing.

Disable the scroll when Keyboard shows and have events when the keyboard shows / hides

So I did some more testing. I removed `height=device-height` to be sure.
There might be a race condition somewhere because this bug appears randomly. I just built another app with the same settings and got the bug, then launched again and it was gone then reappeared later. I'd say this happens 30% of the time.
Reopening to see if someone else encounters this issue. I tested with iOS 26.1 and 26.4.1.
Here I attached screenshots (same app, same build, randomly failing). Would love to know if anyone else encounters the same issue.

I asked ChatGPT and this would be the way to natively determine a keyboard show/hide:

window.visualViewport.addEventListener("resize", () => {
const viewportHeight = window.visualViewport.height;

if (viewportHeight < fullHeight * 0.75) {

This would use the [VisualViewport API](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/VisualViewport). Maybe it's possible to not use a plugin for this.

I don't have the StatusBar plugin installed and I do have `<preference name="StatusBarOverlaysWebView" value="true" />` and I do have `<meta name="viewport" content="user-scalable=no, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, minimum-scale=1, width=device-width, height=device-height">`
With that I can't have edge to edge put I could patch with a after_prepare hook to force the values and I get full screen so there is something broken somewhere

The block you mentioned with
```objc
#if TARGET_OS_MACCATALYST
```
should only take effect, whan an iOS app runs on macOS. So it should have no impact on an iPhone.

When you use cordova-ios 8, you don't have to use the statusbar plugin anymore. To make the app full screen, you set `viewport-fit=cover` in `<meta name="viewport">`. Can you test this by removing the setting `<preference name="StatusBarOverlaysWebView" value="true" />`?

Yea without any Keyboard plugin, I don't get the bug. Now I tried most Keyboard plugin including cordova-plugin-keyboard and they all break the webview with iOS 26
