[jira] [Reopened] (AIRAVATA-2425) When defining default values users should be able to not select default values at both queue and deployment levels

Eroma reopened AIRAVATA-2425:
-----------------------------

The issue here is the default values have made mandatory to add at application deployment level. Also admin cannot select a default queue at application deployment creation but the system saves the top most one as the default. Then the gateway admin is forced to always have a default queue for the deployment as well as an application is forced to run on a specific queue.

> Users should not be forced to add default values at compute resource queue level and application deployment level. Users should also be able to remove the default values they have entered at compute resource level and deployment level. Currently the default queue cannot be unselected/removed at deployment level. If selected once, user has to select a default queue all the time.
