The hadoop-common.git mirror appears to be stuck updating. Looking at the update log on git.apache.org, I see:

Author: sandy not defined in /export/home/git/var/mirrors/authors.txt file

And indeed sandy (a new Hadoop committer) isn't defined in that file, nor is he in asf-users.txt which this file gets generated from. Without root I wasn't able to figure out where asf-users.txt comes from or why he's not there.
