   I'm trying to setup the CI for Centos 7 in this PR. It fails when the CI tries to clone the repo in docker -
   https://ci-hadoop.apache.org/blue/organizations/jenkins/hadoop-multibranch/detail/PR-3088/1/pipeline
   ```

   Would you have any suggestions on why git pull fails in the docker image?
