Could we increase the upload size limit of dist/dev svn staging area for ctakes? (https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/ctakes)
Got a "Entity too large" error when trying to commit a convenience binary of 500.3MB.  These contain statical machine learning models as a convenience hence the size.

Can we increase it to something like 1GB so we won't have to bug infra all the time?
