RE: openmeeting mails not receiving while sending invitation for openmeetings to join a conference

Posted by Stephen Cottham <St...@robertbird.com.au>.
What ports have you forwarded?

You will need these:

Port 5080: HTTP (For example for file upload and download)

Port 1935: RTMP (Flash Stream and Remoting/RPC)

Port 8088: RTMP over HTTP-Tunneling (rtmpT)

Best Regards

entired system and reinstall OM, it's working correctly now, however, no
one can join my conference room if they are trying to connect outside of
lan. Can this caused by port forwarding?

Jason

I believe they receives links to http://localhost.
Try to access your OM using its DNS name accessible to others and then send
invitations

entired system and reinstall OM, it's working correctly now, however, no
one can join my conference room if they are trying to connect outside of
lan. Can this caused by port forwarding?

You need to set up correct parameters for your mail server in
OM->Administration->Configuration
smtp_server
smtp_port
system_email_addr
etc.
