"ApacheMonitor.rc" needs to be in cvs... "ApacheMonitorVersion.rc" and "wintty.rc"
are both autogenerated. If you look at ApacheMonitor.rc, it even includes this
non-existant ApacheMonitorVersion.rc, which would be auto-generated in the build.

Never mind, my bad; got ApacheMonitor.rc and ApacheMonitorVersion.rc
