May be hive-env.sh or hive-site.xml missing HIVE_AUX_JARS_PATH, you can set HIVE_AUX_JARS_PATH , add your jar to the path like /usr/lib/hivejar on HiveServer2 and Hive Metastore Server host。chown hive:hive /usr/lib/hivejar
