Parquet View created from partitioned parquet tables shows less records i.e 321 but when queried from sqllab it shows correct result i.e 3104
### Expected results
It should show same result at both places

#### How to reproduce the bug
1. Create a view via athena in aws which is a join of 2 partitioned parquet table.
2- Add the view in the superset from the sources.
3- Click on the added row, count(*) it shows 321
4- Open sqllab , run sql :
SELECT count(*)
FROM <view>;
5- It returns 3104
### Environment

- superset version: 0.35.1
- python version: Python 3.6.9
- node.js version: `node -v`
- npm version: `npm -v`

Its not a bug , but a little confusing if you have time column it by default filters Time range to last week .
On changing to Time range to No Filters , number of rows matches
