Repositories migrated, mirrors setup, github will pick them in within 24 hours.  

Moved migrated files into http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/archiva/attic and set svn perms to ro for this folder

Added a readme at http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/archiva/README
