[jira] Updated: (LANG-462) FastDateFormat supports parse

Henri Yandell updated LANG-462:
-------------------------------

    Fix Version/s: (was: 3.0)
                   3.x

Note that my previous comment was ill thought. This is a major enhancement - half of FastDateFormat is unimplemented and this covers implementing the rest.

Moving to 3.x as I don't hold out any hope of this being done before 3.0.

> Currently FastDateFormat only supports formatting the ISO8601 time zone, however, it doesn't support parsing such string to Date.
