The `unreg_thread_pool_` is not used in executors but is still created.  Wrap its [init code|https://github.com/apache/impala/blob/ca5c8e03383ef5c210a5aefeb9284d3f1b2b382f/be/src/service/impala-server.cc#L643-L647] to ensure it only gets created in coordinators.
