[PR] feat(integration): add iggy_harness proc macro and use it in mcp tests [iggy]

Replace manual harness construction with attribute-driven test
generation. Cartesian product of cluster_nodes, transport,
and server config produces test variants automatically.
ClientBuilder unifies connect+login into chainable API.
