Tapernate Example Mavenized...

All,

The Tapernate example application has been mavenized!  It's still available
via SVN from my site:

www.carmanconsulting.com/svn/public/tapernate-example

I have set up a maven repository on my site also, so that's where it
downloads its dependencies (as does Tapernate).
