[jira] [Commented] (GIRAPH-343) Use published hcatalog jars.

Travis Crawford commented on GIRAPH-343:
----------------------------------------

Quick note about the extra repositories you needed to add.

* HIVE-2084 tracks updating datanucleus dependencies in Hive to a modern version. Looking at the versions being proposed for upgrading too I found them in the central maven repo. So once that issue is closed you can probably remove the datanucleus repo.

* When HCatalog releases 0.5.0 we'll publish to the Apache releases repo, which ends up in the central maven repo. At that point you can remove the extra repositories entirely from your pom.

Thanks for being early adopters! Holler if you run into issues.

> Shouldn't need special profile now that hcatalog has started pushing their jars to maven.
