Config file {{org.apache.activemq.server-default.cfg}} (created after the first servicemix execution) points the parameter {{config}} to {{$\{karaf.base\}/etc/activemq.xml}} instead of {{$\{karaf.etc\}/activemq.xml}}.

I cannot provide a patch because I didn't find where this file is generated in the source repo, but it should be trivial.
