URILocalBL.pm and 'failed to parse plugin'
Hi all,
After a recent upgrade to perl-5.24.0 on fedora25 with
spamassassin-3.4.1, I'm seeing this bug:
https://bz.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=7332
There hasn't been any updates since it was created. Am I missing something?
Nov 27 11:17:34 mail03 amavis[19055]: _WARN: plugin: failed to parse
plugin (from @INC): Experimental each on scalar is now forbidden at
/usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/URILocalBL.pm
line 353.\nCompilation failed in require at (eval 264) line 1.\n
I was also having a problem with URIDNSBL.pm, but replaced it with a
previous version and it's working, but I'd like to find a more
appropriate solution, of course:
Nov 27 10:12:32 mail03 amavis[3034]: (03034-01) _WARN: Use of
uninitialized value $2 in concatenation (.) or string at
/usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/URIDNSBL.pm line
1042.
Should I be using a more recent version of spamassassin?
Thanks,
Alex

Nope. Until today, no one recognized it as a duplicate of #7208.

As you've discovered, this was fixed on trunk 2015-06-10.
(Noting that here for posterity.)

It looks like the version from svn branch (3.4.2) fixed both issues.
