[jira] [Created] (AIRAVATA-2400) In Factory.java, close invalid sessions and remove from cache

Marcus Christie created AIRAVATA-2400:
-----------------------------------------

Summary: In Factory.java, close invalid sessions and remove from cache
                 Key: AIRAVATA-2400
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRAVATA-2400
             Project: Airavata
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Marcus Christie
            Assignee: Marcus Christie

Right now these eventually get closed and removed from cache when they are unaccessed for 30 minutes. However, once the code determines that they are invalid the SSH sessions could be proactively closed and removed from the cache.

This might help some resource contention issues we saw recently in GFac (although I'm forgetting the exact details of what we saw then).
