Statistical evaluation of large svn repositories
I am looking for a tool for making an analysis of what happened in the last 6 months in a subversion repository. Questions like "who checked in how often", "what file types where checked in", "how much change has happened". Does anybody know of a tool for doing this?
Thanks,
Georg

http://mpy-svn-stats.berlios.de/
produces nice graphs.
Example for the TSVN repository can be seen here:

FishEye (http://www.cenqua.com/fisheye/) may do this for you in a nice
web interface - it's already been announced on this list.
Commercial product tho (as in not free!)
thanks

I program simple and short scripts in Python (using pysvn) to do
so. Similar libraries exist for all the major programming languages
and they are a big plus of Subversion.
For instance, I have a equivalent of "svn log" which displays only
commits by a given commiter which is useful to see who works and who
does not.
I also wrote a subversion2gnuplot to produce automatically graphics.
My scripts are available on request but the important point is that,
with Subversion bindings, it is easy and fast for the project manager
to see what happens in your repository.

The tortoisesvn log-message inspector has features like this, try it
out.
