[I] [VL] Does Gluten support Anolis OS 8? [incubator-gluten]

   ### Problem description
   
   I noticed in the Gluten source code that there is support for running on the Anolis OS 8 system with Velox, 
   but the actual loading function used is SharedLibraryLoaderCentos8. 
   On the Gluten official website, the supported systems listed are only Ubuntu 20.04/22.04 and CentOS 7/8, 
   and there are no compilation tools specifically for Anolis OS 8 in Gluten's build scripts. 
   Therefore, I would like to ask if Gluten compiled on CentOS 8 can run directly on Anolis OS 8 without needing to compile from source on Anolis OS 8?

   Does Gluten require the operating system used for compiling the source code to be the same as the operating system used for running the program?
   Additionally, I reviewed an issue (https://github.com/apache/incubator-gluten/pull/1368), but it does not provide detailed instructions on how to compile and run for Anolis OS 8, and it also mentions some testing problems.

   I am using the open-source Anolis OS 8 system, not Alibaba Cloud Linux 3. Are there any reference cases?
