Updated to 3.0.3 & created a new HelloWorld project as in CLI doc. Error when trying to add wp7 as a platform:

$ cordova create hello com.example.hello HelloWorld
$ cd hello
$ cordova platform add wp7
[Error: The system cannot find the path specified.
]
