squakez opened a new issue, #4511:

Running an application and once this is running updating it with a property, it is triggering a rebuild, when in reality this should not happen. I've run some investigation and it seems that this behavior started from Camel K version 1.10.3. We need to find out and fix this to avoid the rebuild on property replacement.

The problem is introduced by https://github.com/apache/camel-k/issues/3758 - we must understand if it makes sense to rebuild when a camel property change or not.
