### Description
When editing a DFDL file and trying to format the document, this pops up:
It would be nice to have a formatting functionality for the extension.

Incorporate formatting functionality from an already existing xml formatter pictured below

> DFDL language is based on XML and any xml formatter should work for this. We do not want to prescribe this particular extension. This may create some unintended consequences to the dfdl schema (i.e. tis xml-formatter may convert multiple lines of schema in to one line). This type of dependencies may also creates issues when using VSCode over ssh, see issue #1335. Another concern is the compatibility with any other xml formatter extensions if already installed on user's VSCode instance.

The formatter should not condense elements that have many attributes and span across multiple lines in one line. It may be worthwhile to look into another formatter.
