missing axis files in muse snapshot from June 20th.

Any reason why there are missing files and information from the muse snapshot from June 20th. Just at a glance I notice the EchoHeaders.jws and SOAPMonitorApplet.java files are missing. Also the servlet mapping for /servlet/AxisServlet is missing from the web.xml file?
 
Just curious.
