This is already implemented:

-- added intermediate pom.xml to be compliant with maven standard layout
-- refactored modules accordingly
-- updated version to 0.1.0-incubating in all POMs
-- removed local profile "bob" (to be externalized)
-- revamped assemblies to map 1:1 existing ant build (see assemblies folder)
-- extended "apache-release" profile to also perform assemblies and wget download of wiki content
-- added iniital configuration of maven-release-plugin
-- fixed SCM connection properties (no provider was declared)


TODO:

-- Verify multiple executions of the wget (excec-maven-plugin)
-- QA the assembly generated packages
-- add scp to people.apache.org for documentation deployment in the release context
